[Coco] [COCO} VCC 1.43beta release

Hello all,

I just thought I would let you know after some work and testing.  We have a
beta release of VCC 1.43 out.

This release adds the becker port support in the bitbanger tab.

There are two versions of the HDBDOS ROM image for becker port.  One is a
COCO2 version which will not put VCC into turbo mode.  This is will help
with playing some of those games that wont run right in turbo mode.

The other ROM is a CoCo3 version.  This will run in turbo mode just like
the standard CoCo3 DriveWire3 ROM would.

Many thanks to Aaron Wolfe for optimizing the winsock routines and adding a
status bar section for DW activity.  Thank you Aaron for all the help :D
