[Coco] coco xt-rtc adapter by Burke and Burke(FromTandyCoCoForums)

Hi,
I see no battery, but two pads (appear to never have had anything connected
to them) the left one with a "+".
As one appears to be connected to ground, and the other to a pin on the
smart watch, adding a battery looks good. (IC's made in 1989 for the SW and
1984 for other two ICs)
I found quickly battery holders for CR2032 and one with tabs.
I see no other parts on the board that may be too old.
