Hi,
The jumper in question appears to hovering over a 74ls32 pin 14 (VCC). You
have to have a clearer head than mine to put the pictures of back and front
together, so I may have messed up.
If it was over pin 1 then I would say connect it as it is surely part of the
address decode.
But pin 14 (VCC) has stumped me.
The other jumper may be connected to ground, but I am not sure. That might
make VCC a better candidate.
In any case, my eyes may be seeing a date of 1989 so the battery in the
smart watch must be dead.
We can I expect to be able to get more pictures, but telling where the other
ends of the jumpers go, they would not be helpful.
Knowing where in the address space the RTC appears might be helpful.
