[Coco] DSK image utilities?

What is :3 in this case? It's a disk image, so why would a drive number matter?

When I try:

decb ALLRAM.BAS ACHUFFM.DSK,ALLRAM.BAS:0

...I just get a disk file called "ACHUFFM.DSK,ALLRAM.BAS"

Only docs in the archive I downloaded was an RTF file that just listed the commands, and had no examples.
