[Coco] DSK image utilities?

The repo copy I have here is still using the toolshed version of merge to 
make a .dsk.  I can turn off the logging, and rebuild the whole repo here 
in under 3 minutes on this linux box.  With logging on, screen writes are 
slow enough its a 8-10 minute job.
