[Coco] wimgtool with os9 bug fixed?

I have managed to compile wimgtool from a recent MESS source (0.143), that
has the OS9 sub-directory bug fixed.
The MESS team stopped packaging wimgtool in their binary releases since
version 0.136, but the OS9 bug fix was introduced only later in version
0.140.
I have sent the updated wimgtool to the Color Computer Software Repository.

This tool makes it easy to manipulate OS9 disk images, and even OS9 vhd
hard drive images. Just make sure to change the image file extension to
.OS9.
