[Coco] [Color Computer] Rainbow magazine and manually typing those printed programs!

Oh, yeah.  I remember typing them in from all the coco mags -- Color 
Computer Magazine, Hot Coco, Rainbow, and some from 80 Micro.

I remember entering assembly programs without EDTASM+ -- by writing a 
small BASIC program to poke in the ML code and executing it.  *That* 
made for some tricky debugging.
