[Coco] coco3 to modern TV options

I am looking for options for connecting the RGB output of a COCO 3 to a 
modern flat screen TV.

The TV has a SVGA input on it, and as it can also support broadcast TV, 
the horizontal sync should be able to handle a COCO 3 rate.

If indeed that the sync will work, what would be needed to adapt the RGB 
from a COCO to the SVGA input?
