[Coco] Emulators in Windows 8

I'm running on Vista with VCC and I've run VCC on Win7, so I see no reason VCC wouldn't run on Win 8. As long as Win 8 supports the DX9 API, it should run.
 MESS on the other hand, I know nothing about.

I am taking the plunge and building a new computer, and I am wondering 
if anyone has tried a coco emulator on any of the windows 8 release 
candidates?

I am putting in a massive 1.5TB hard drive, so I plan on dual a dual 
boot with a linux partition, so I will have that option is windows 8 and 
a coco emulator are a no go.
