[Coco] SideKick 1.15

Made a new floppy disk, using a different disk image file, using 
CoCoDisk v0.7. Used this floppy to copy Jeweled to both the SuperIDE and 
DrivePak. Abd I have copied the bin file from the SuperIDE to a floppy 
and it loaded fine from the floppy.
