[Coco] Finally starting with DW, and taking a beating

IT WORKS! ...with the CoCo 3. All I had to do was set the "HDB-DOS
Translation" flag in the DW menu. It runs at 115200, and my cable
doesn't have pins 1-2 shorted.
No luck yet in the CoCo 1, either at 38400 or at 115200, even with
that option set. But I do get a different invalid opcode number now.
