[Coco] Reverse video in RSDOS

That was the problem,... I had tried it both ways for OS9 and forgot to switch to Basic mode in RSDOS.

Is your VCC keyboard set for Basic or OS-9 via the VCC menubar.
With VCC 1.42, it should be Basic, but you probably have it at OS-9. The key 
ombos when running OS-9 or Basic are changed by the menu setting for Keyboard.
I can't find any keys that will give lower case in Basic with the menu set to 
S-9. One very strange effect, is combining the CapsLock with menu switching 
etween Basic and OS-9. You can find a setting where under Basic you always have 
lower case unless the shift key is help down.
'd say there are some minor bugs here.
