Not to worry. This only applies to small planes flying in a 10 mile radius around Chicago. O'Hare is far outside that boundary and if you fly in to Midway, as long as you're controlled by Midway approach you should be fine. O'Hare is a class I airport which doesn't allow small aircraft to land there unless it's an Emergency
