[Coco] DW4 with CoCo 2

Perhaps Java is adjusting for the time change and that's why it is an hour 
ahead of my already adjusted system time.

There is nowhere to adjust the time in DW4, it just does a system call
that returns the "current time".
It prints whatever the system call returns without interpretation.
