[Coco] Auto cload rom or autoload startup program mod?

Is there a way to alter a basic rom to auto cload when the coco starts?


Or 


Is there a way to alter a disk controllers rom to auto load and run a startup.bas file?


I need something like dos's autoexec.bat for my project I suppose.


Just wondering if this is possible.
