[Coco] sdlmess and Mac OS X SDL issues

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone here has some experience using recent versions of
sdlmess on the Mac… when I run it with "./mess coco3 -window" I get a
blank window, and it outputs "SDL: ERROR! Unknown video mode:
R=0000FF00 G=00FF0000 B=FF000000" to the console.

Has anyone seen this and knows what to do about it? Any help would be
great. Thanks!
