Hi,
Jeff's "PORT" is a MSDOS program to transfer files between your PC and a DECB .dsk. I just started "PORT.EXE" by clicking on it.
"214 - No Permission" is a NitrOS-9 error code, you need "OS9" to transfer files between your PC and OS-9 .dsk, a MSDOS program also to be run in a Windows "CMD" window. (Harder to use but needed to transfer files to / from OS-9 .dsk.)
Neither can be run on NitrOS-9.
If you have transferred an OS-9 program first to a DECB .dsk and then transferred the OS-9 program to a OS-9 .dsk, then look at the OS-9 "ATTR" command to set the "E" and PE" permissions.
