[Coco] And update on my Roger Taylor Drive Pak saga...

My two cents, as someone who has never had any business dealings with
Roger and who appreciates his contributions to the CoCo community,
which he has been a longtime member of, and a very well-esteemed one
until recently.
I found Blake's account to be factual, descriptive, and notably
lacking in moral outrage. (I'd have found it difficult to be so
restrained had what Blake describes happened to me.) A number of the
commenters were considerably less restrained, but understandably so.
I have no doubt that Roger did not set out to rip off anyone, and I
wish him well in recovering from whatever sort of misfortunes have
befallen him. Still, his lack of communication about what is
happening is very counterproductive. And when he does communicate, it
appears he makes promises that he does not follow through on.
Requests for refunds go unfulfilled.
I'm in agreement with those who argue that, as a service to the CoCo
community, people should know that Roger has failed to fulfill orders
for which he has accepted payment long before, or to provide refunds
when they are requested. This situation may change in the future, and
I hope it does and that Roger then receives a warm welcome back into
the good graces of the community. But until such time, spreading the
"buyer beware" word about him seems justified.
