[Coco] CaChars is now on SourceForge.

I need to:

1) Include better directions for the available assemblers;

2) Start using Toolshed so I can base the instructions on that instead of
MESS's imgtool, which is kind of unwieldy;

3) Learn to use RainbowIDE so I can make a proper project file for Windows;

4) Etc, etc, etc...
