[Coco] Introl C

Back in the 1980s my brother bought a copy of Introl C for Flex9. I'm
not sure if it was ANSI C though. I also have Introl Code 4.0 for the PC
which is a suit of compilers for the 6809, 68HC11, 68HC12, 68HC16, 68000
and 68300 (?).

It used TclTk I think for the user interface, which was inclined to
crash from time to time. It will run under some versions of XP Pro, but
it's pretty temperamental.

The compiler can be invoked on the command line and I was trying to
integrate it into CodeBlocks IDE with mixed success.

John.
