[Coco] HDB-DOS build fixes. Untested as of yet.

Here is HDB-DOS DW3 1.1D COCO1

I did get it from the cloud-9 site, but that was a couple months ago.

I'm pretty sure it is anyway. I had the rom sitting on my desk so I threw it 
in the programmer and read/saved it.
If it is not 1.1D let me know. :)
