[Coco] composite / s-video to hdmi

I've got my Coco3 hooked up to my NEC AccuSync LCD71v, It accepts 15k input, (It's a vga only monitor)
But I can't get readable 80 col text on it because of scaling errors. It chops off random vertical bands, making a lot of letter missing their start or end lines.
It looks decent enough in 32/40 col mode.
I've also got an old cornea monitor that does the same thing.

I've heard the DELL 2001FP (sold in north america) does accept vga 15khz. This LCD monitor also sports s-video and composite, so it might be a hint for other monitors with the s-video connector.
