[Coco] CGA to VGA/TFT converter

Thanks to Gene Heskett and Michael Graham for their comments on a 
CGA/VGA adapter I posted about.

Just so no one thinks I'm slighting Roy's CoCo to VGA adapter, I'm 
looking for the info for something that will likely still be readily 
available in several years and still cost effective.

That said, Roy, drop me a line if you'd like your contact info in the 
Tandy's Little Wonder revision that will go out in early 2013. I'm going 
with a print-on-demand publisher and it will be available through 
regular book store channels. I'm hoping to get all this done in January, 
but may be a bit later...
