Yes, there were programs for the FP-215 in one or another of the early CoCo 
magazines.

I have more than one of the CGP-115 plotters.  The big weak point was a 
little plastic gear that would split and then spin on its shaft stopping all 
horizontal pen movement.  I refilled the pens many times with a syringe and 
inkpad ink.  Black of course was the easiest color to find.
