[Coco] WEFAX for Venezuela Was: uses for a coco 1/2?

Hi Aaron,
In reading what Luis described in "Re: Virtual Program Paks" it sounded to
me that producing a CoCo 3 version of WEFAX would be simple for him if he
has a short wave radio.
What is your take on the possible reception in Venezuela.
