[Coco] 2MB Memory Upgrade For The Coco 3

Hi,

Well the clunky Earthlink site builder did allow me to add the DISTO Inside
the  2MB Memory Upgrade For The Coco 3 manual.

I only had to login twice, in the past sometimes ~ 10 times was necessary to
just add one file.

Needless to say they are NOT offering it to new subscribers and I no longer
can get the download counts. I expect to be blocked someday unexpectedly.
Thus the "perhaps by tomorrow".

No, I do not like the look of the webpage but I have so much other CoCo
stuff I want to do.

The webspace will remain part of my subscription but FTP only access may be
like that for new subscribers.

The resulting file name is "DISTO.zip". No spaces allowed in files!

Das machine control is nicht fur gerfinger-poken und mittengrabben. Oderwise 
is easy schnappen der springenwerk, blowen fuse, und poppencorken mit 
spitzensparken.

Der machine is diggen by experten only. Is nicht fur geverken by das 
dummkopfen. Das rubbernecken sightseenen keepen das cotten picken hands in 
das pockets, so relaxen und watchen das blinkenlights.
