That's a reasonable price for a Mac Mini, but it's overkill for a DW 
server.  Look for one of the little ARM-based appliance computers on eBay 
and elsewhere.

I have a $30 Seagate Dockstar that makes a lovely DriveWire and Appletalk 
server for my classic systems.  At that price, buy two and have a spare.

There's plenty of information on the interwebs regarding hacking and setup 
of these devices.
