[Coco] MAKE_TK.lzh has a bad case of Y2K.

Hi,

I found my post and I had fixed the "/d1/lib/cos9.l".

I had done a couple of good makes before the "STACK OVERFLOW" without 
changing the makefile I remember.

In any case, that might cause the link to fail but is not involved in the 
make logic.
