<sigh...> nevermind... Didn't see the config.xml setting for "log
opcodes". So, it looks like the real CoCo is communicating properly and
getting an image with incompatible drivers.
Now that logging is working, I went back to the fpga. It shows DoOP_Init
at power up and.. that's it. After bitstream download or reset, it shows
a single init message and hangs.
The May 2011 bitstream won't even display 'CoCo' on the LCDs, so there's
definitely something wrong there.
More head-banging to follow.
