[Coco] CoCoFest Webcam, IRC, anything?

Although videos will be great, I was also hoping for some sort of
interaction, whether via Skype, upstream chat, etc so that folks who can't
make it can say hi, ask questions etc.  May or may not be possible, hotels
wireless and cell signals at the event site were both fairly awful last
year.
