[Coco] Difficulty loading CAS files - real Coco2 from PC audio out and CocoTape.exe

My own cocotape.exe program takes any file stored on your PC and 
transmits it as a loadable tape file for the CoCo, but you have to 
specify the type of CoCo file it is.  I still haven't got it to 
convert multi-record LOADM files but it does single record LOADM 
which is ok for a lot of programs.  I'm not sure I put a .cas file 
converter in CoCoTape 1.0 and I haven't done work on the program in 
several years due to other heavy projects.
