basically, coco3.com is running off a machine (box18) belonging to a
hosting company called BlueHost.
BlueHost's office are in Utah. That does *not* mean the box is
actually in Utah (although it might be).
Geolocation of IPs typically will get you to the owner's billing
address, not the physical address of.. anything.
