I'll pass.  The last time I was in TX, it was open season on out of state 
plates.  Not by the fuzz, but by the guys who stage a minor accident, then 
sue for a million or more.  BTDT, bought the T-shirt.  I got rear ended, 
but when they found it was a rental car, and the rental agency apparently 
had Anthony and Luigi in retainer, all interest in making a fuss was 
suddenly lost.

So be aware how some of those slimeballs make a living.
