[Coco] LSN0 C code

Hi,

Works! Thanks.

I compiled it and tried "lsn0 /d1". An 249 Error due to mismatched DNS is
given by "FREE /D1" or "cd /D1" while lsn0 just does it.

Note: I am one of the very few CoCoers that had 80 Track Double Sided 5 -
1/4" floppy drives.

Thus I had to get DNS right on all my disks with DNS=3 and DNS=3 in the
drive descriptors.

I could put ANY OS-9 disk in the drive and with the double stepping of the
floppy device driver all could be read with out changing the drive
descriptor.

I wrote a shell script to allow formatting of the various lesser formats
while not changing the drive descriptor. (Bulk Eraser Needed!)

Transferring the disks to *.dsk files has been problematic as some utilities
convert the DNS=3 to DNS=1 and some do not causing problems.

I added the source for lsn0.c and it's binary to SHF841.zip Plus the binary
for dnc (Disk name Change)
