When I use this command, it creates a 40-track single-sided disk image
that's 2,816 bytes -- small because the image hasn't been fully populated. I
just ran these two commands and the image sizes seem to be about right for
40-track single-sided and 40-track double-sided disk images:
Creates and fully formats a 40-track single-sided disk image -- 184,320
bytes
os9 format -t40 -ss -e 40ss.dsk
Creates and fully formats a 40-track double-sided disk image -- 368,640
bytes
os9 format -t40 -ds -e 40ds.dsk
What size image file are you expecting?

I want to copy /d0 to /x1 via drivewire 3. However, I can't seem to create a
/x1 image with the same format as /d0.
I've been creating my dsk file using the os9 command that is part of
toolshed:
os9 format -4 -t40 mydisk.dsk
However this appears to be larger than a normal floppy. What am I missing
here?
Thanks,
-Mike
