[Coco] Software

I have a disk labeled "Ironside and Crimson Sails" by Soft War Technologies. 
Does anyone know anything about this program (or these programs)?  My guess 
is that it is some type of war simulation.  Might this diskette be OS-9 or 
RSDOS?  What execution commands start the software?  The disk is possibly 
copy protected, but it might just be OS-9, which I know very little about. 
Any hints?
