Hello coco Friends

I have a printed circuit board  "1984 rev E D.B. Kitsz"

it has a place for mounting a  PIA and a 74S139

On the bottom edge  plugs into the Multi-Pack 
and on the top is two row of 20 holes.
On the right edge is two rows of 10 holes 

What is the function of this board and where could I find a schematic
to wire this printed circuit board?
