[Coco] Urbane basic revived

I'm trying to revive urbane basic. I've written a c program which converts
the urbane compiler written in urbane to an urbane compiler written in c. It
compiles the urbane compiler written in c to coco basic in 1 sec instead of
5 min. It lends itself to inclusion in rainbow as an assembler which I have

It now has a quiet mode that eliminates all the unnecessary output. -
