[Coco] [RFC] Rainbow index compilation available (PDF)

After seeing a reminder from someone on coco3.com that The Rainbow
published indices in their annual July issues, I quickly sought-out
scans of those issues.  I then got inspired to use pdftk to cut the
index pages out of those issues and to stitch them back together,
along with the Table of Contents from the last partial year of issues
without an index.  The result is here:

The source scans are image-only, and I have not yet taken the time
to see if I can get them OCR'ed and stitched back together with a
searchable text layer.	So, if you are looking for something you will
have to check each individual index by eye -- sorry!  Better than
having to do it with paper editions or after downloading scans of
whole magazines...

If anyone has better scans (i.e. smaller, higher resolution, better
source material, or with searchable text) then feel free to send them
to me -- I can recreate the index fairly easily from individual parts.
And if anyone thinks I should be doing this or it is a waste of time
then feel free to say so.
