[Coco] New forum pages

Howdy folks!

After much discussion with a few CoCoNutz, I'm going to go ahead and let the
cat out of the bag on my latest project. There are a couple reasons I
tackled this latest project, the biggest one was simply 'because I've never
done one yet,' and it was a learning experience...

That project would be the new forum section of my website. It's dedicated
mostly to the CoCo, but, there is a section for other popular TRS-80/Tandy
machines as well.

There are still some changes coming along, so don't be alarmed if things
look a little different over the next few days. I hope at least a few 8-bit
computer fans find it useful and will pass the word on.
