[Coco] More Floppy Drive trouble

Well it is happening I/O errors.
I am using a J/M controller. when I DSKINI0 OR DSKINI1        I can hear
one "grunt" and get an I/O error
I've tried reading a directory and get an I/O error.. I switched to a
Tandy FDC with the same results.
I am going out tomorrow and get some rubbing alcohol for my cleaning
floppy.  
It seems to be stepping real slow.
Help...
I still have one good floppy in another case but "BACKUP 0" is a real
pain.
