[Coco] MicroSD Drive Pak speed booster

I've been talking to the makers of the MicroSD module and it looks 
like they will finally budge on allowing me to read 256 byte sectors 
as an option instead of only 512 bytes.  They might add 2 extra 
commands to the firmware.  This would double the speed of the pak in 
DOS and OS-9 unless 512 byte sectors is chosen in OS-9 (the x2 driver option).

I've been pretty persistent in asking for these features and I guess 
persistence pays off in this case?
