[Coco] [Color Computer] Website changes

Good afternoon fellow CoCoNutz!

There have been a few changes to my website today - not content related.
After much consideration and discussion with some folks, I registered a CoCo
specific domain - tandycoco.com.

So now, the website address is, obviously, http://www.tandycoco.com.

The forum page is: http://www.tandycoco.com/forum.

I'll keep the current redirects operational for the time being, the old
addresses should point you to the new domain.
