[Coco] Monitor for Fujitsu FM-7

Gentlemen,

After a very long search, I finally have been able to purchase a Fujitsu
FM-7, and would like some advice re: how to best connect it to a color
monitor.

Per the following page, pinouts for the two color ports are:

I have a number of color monitors with composite and svideo inputs, as
well as CM-8 and Amiga 1080 monitors at my disposal, and can solder.

Can anyone recommend which plug and monitor combo would likely work best?
