[Coco] CoCo Memory Map Assembly Language Equates

You are welcome :)
To save time, what I did was OCR this from the unravelled pdf, saved it as a 
text file, used global replace to remove all multiple spaces (what appears 
to be multiple spaces in the final product are actually tabs [chr$(9)] to 
save memory). Then transferred to a disk image using MESS winimage tool. 
Wrote small CoCo basic program to process the file into disk edtasm format 
(including replacing certain spaces with CHR$(9) ) and then transferred back 
to windows for final cleanup, then back to disk image and assembled in Vcc 
with printer output to Vcc's new bitbanger capture. This resluted in the 
listing you see on the webpage ... whew...
but it was fun.
