[Coco] Nitros9 on Keil

The DIR of garbage is normal.  I don't know if this is relevant, but
in MESS you must name the disk whatever.os9 for it to boot os9
correctly.  if the disk image file is whatever.dsk, it will behave
exactly as you describe.
