[Coco] plug'n'power controller manual?

If you had time to scan a few pages I'd really appreciate it.  I'm
actually not worried about the rompak or included software at all, I'm
looking for the details of the cassette interface if they are
documented in the manual.  Thinking about writing an OS9 driver of
some sort for it.
