The hardware *might* be ok, I have run DW4 on a Linksys NSLU2 which
has a 266mhz ARM cpu and only 32MB ram.  However, java 1.4 isn't going
to work, must be 1.5 or higher :(

You could probably run linux on that machine and get a more current
JRE that way.
