[Coco] New CoCo site and ftp

I tried that on mine a week or so ago and was not able to access the ftp.

Hey, if it works for others, so be. I prefer FileZilla at this point anyway,
so I'll stick with that. Firefox does work, so that's another option. As
long as folks can access it, I don;t care what they use!! lol.
