I have several 3.5" floppy drives that have jumpers for d0 through d3 as
well as one or two that have a 4 position drive select switch. All saved
for CoCo use of course. Newer, that is 10 to 15 year old drives have but
two settings, or even soldered solder pads. Now it is rare to find one that
is not semi-permanently set for d1.
